[Suggestion] Make crouch animation smoother
The crouch animation is too fast instantly switching camera height. This breaks the immersion for me. The transition between camera heights should be much smoother and realistic.

KevinThis and make the crouch more noticeable. Sometimes it was hard to tell if I was crouched or standing in 3rd person. Could be solved by pulling the crouch cam back instead of zooming in over the shoulder.

StixxAusThe crouch animation and field of view needs further refinement. Currently the crouch is a binary function (on/off) switching a very small visual change.
A more realistic presentation should include a lower horizontal perspective, smoother transition and narrow field of view.
The animation of the character should also be addressed, it is comical to say the least. -

DaveCrouch is pretty Janky...but there are so many other things that special folks are worrying about because they are lazy like having a robot buddy and being able to burn burnt wood again in a fireplace so I am sure that there are many things in this forum that are being overlooked as a result of these things. For example there is one called "Drop Location" asking for at the start of the prospect being able to choose the grid you drop into. It is not planned even though there is no negative to it and it would be a simple UI change when starting the prospect and would allow for considerably more replay ability and longevity for the game upon release.

SoupNoSaladCrouch and stand takes place without any movement to join the two positions. Think of the character from Bewitched making something appear. Nothing there one frame, she wiggles her nose and it just POPS into place in her hand. That's what crouching feels like. It is absurdly disruptive and made me turn the game off after about 2 minutes. I would imagine this has happened to THOUSANDS of people who didn't play long enough to become engaged enough to even leave a suggestion. Absolutely game breaking.
