[Bug] Construction talents not working

I have 2 points in discount wood building and 3 in wood storag however it's still costing me the normal amount to make walls, crates, stairs etc. and weighing the same.

Mesa Merged
So very simply, the Weatherproof, Fireproof, Fortified Wood talents reset to the default wood pieces after logging out. Tested placing a new wood piece it had 1200 health, Logged off and came back and the wall had 1000 health. When removed it no longer had the star that showed it was a special wall when it was in my inventory. This is very frustrating and hopefully there is a fix in works.

Why was mine merged here with a August post"?? if anything merge it with https://icarus.featureupvote.com/suggestions/255028/bug-construction-bonuses-not-persisting

That one has more to do with what Im talking about.
