[Suggestion] Up Reed spawn rate

Reed flowers seem to not respawn after picking them up. This is quite troublesome since a lot of remedies need reed flowers.

Reed flowers are so rare, there are Cattails everywhere. If we could harvest cattails as fiber to allow for random respawning, that would help. I would also love it if the Reed Flowers were something we could grow in crop plots! They are used in so many remedies!
