[Suggestion] Add Spawn blockers
As of this moment it does not seem like players, buildings or anything has a spawn blocker for creatures. Players should have a roughly 20 building square spawn blocker in all directions. And buildings should have something like 50. Having a bear or wolf spawn literally next to you is extremely obnoxious. It doesn't bother me to have deer and goat and what not but aggressive mobs need to not spawn right next to us.

I found the BW5 cave objective, built a small outpost with the essentials in front of it. After going back and forth to my main base, I entered the cave to explore it, until I stumbled upon the next objective. It was time to come out.
That's when 5 wolves attacked me in the cave. Running to get out, a bear was waiting for me.
This seems to make no sense as there wasn't any close danger outside when I went into the cave, and 5 minutes later it's predator fest out there.
Maybe predators should spawn from a "den" or "cave" you could burn/block/destroy so they would keep from throwing surprise birthdays in your garden for when you come home after a hard 5 minutes day of work ?
It would take time and dedication but you could "pacify" an area by doing so, and predator would actually come from somewhere on the map, not randomly appear out of nowhere. -

Diamonds MergedDownvote. Just prepare better. Wolves were an issue and bears were really terrifying when I was just trying to peacefully go mine some trees and wood to keep building.
Okay, it's a video game, so play the video game.... I built the hedgehogs that I could run back behind when the music would pick up and I heard growling. A damn storm caused a forest fire so hedgehogs started to feel kind of expensive to maintain but worth it for my main entrance.... but didn't want to do it to the second cave entrance, so I just built a wall and door so animals couldn't get in there. See, there's your pacification option, it's already in the game. The stuff is there for you to do it, you just have to actually do it. -

cmopatrickThe notes for the new spawn blocker say "will stop creatures spawning within that radius", noting the exceptions provided (thumper & other equipment that attract, plus mission related and already aggressive).
Normal cave worms, however, do respawn even with a working t3 (tested this morning).
If this is a bug in the spawn blocker, please fix it. Otherwise, would your people be so kind as to update the description to indicate that worms are NOT covered?
