[Suggestion] Trading with friends

The ability to trade items with teammates would be nice. Currently you have to drop items on the ground for them to pick up, and sometimes those items fall through the ground. Its just a less efficient way to do this than a window dedicated to trading with friends.

Would help us avoid the issue where we drop something to give to another player and it clips through the ground, gone forever.

Have a trade window pop up when 2 people want to trade items in inventory. Dropping things on the ground is problematic "out in the field" because small items can get lost in the terrain or hard to find due to lack of light. Chests work fine in the base

Currently you have to drop stuff on the ground it put them in a deplorable for someone to pick up. You should be able to transfer items directly between players.

One idea could be to have a "pass stack" in your inventory which you can drop items into, then another player can "open" you like a crate and can take out of your pass stack.

Passing things remains a chore. It was comforting watching the devs play and listening to them tell each other to create a box just so they can grab stuff from each other. It looked just as clunky and awkward. XD
It’s a nice to have eventually. I hope RW consider it in future especially if missions get tougher. Being able to transfer multiple items directly from our inventory could save precious seconds of a dying team mate rather than
moving them to our hot bar and dropping them one at a time, or not having the wood to make the box or whatever container is needed.

Then there’s also the ground cover that sometimes make the items difficult to see, the terrain slope that makes thing roll away and the darkness of night.

Suggestion.
Would be really neat to have a Trading Station drop pod or similar, where you could trade goods you do not need, for some sort of credit (only available in that game session) and for other goods.
You could make a bench or gismo you have to build in say Tier 4, which you then use to call a Drop pod or something like that after selecting the transaction you want to have happen.

Say you have an abundance of Wood, but there is no longer any Copper near you in say 5 squares in all directions. You could then trade say 500 wood for x credits, or directly for say 100 Copper - or whatever the desired conversion rate is. Or 100 Squash for Iron, etc.

Drop pod would be launched and land near you after setting up the transaction, you put your goods inside, and maybe a compartment then opens to reveal the traded items you wanted (rather than launch and sending down another pod again).

Would be really handy for the Open World scenario, where unlike Outposts things don't respawn

Elaborating a little further on this since dedicated server is under dev.

Maybe have some kind of trading stall where players could trade resources between eachother (like the vending machine in rust)

Would like to be able to sell things and no i don't want to involve the Exotics or Space-currency,
want it completely unrelated to the workshop.

Would want a sperate currency that is only available in open world. This Currency can be used to buy other items that's more or less craft-able or gathered. Tho it's having a value. Say u have a lot of fur u can sell it by requesting a sell pod with a board any items u put in that pod will give u specified amount per item. The total amount would be listed on the side. When u are done u send the pod up and the currency are then saved on Current world so 2 worlds on same map won't have the same progress. Thing u want to buy is also dropped by a pod after u see and select what u want on the board witch is list on the board. Ores, Ingots, Armours, tools... Should u delete the save with your credits it's gone with the save. To give u a fresh start should u want get rid of it.
