[Suggestion] Move talent "That Was Quick" to the hunting tree

The talent is great for players filling the hunter role, but it is meaningless for anyone focused on combat. The talent is currently positioned very far down the Combat-Blades tree, which makes it unlikely that many hunters would get this talent. The talent's location is especially unfortunate for any hunters that prefer to hunt with any non-knife weapon.
