[Bug] Spear "Could Go All Day" Talent Not Working

The "Could Go All Day" talent under spears is supposed to increase stam regen by 10/20% with a spear equipped. However, when looking at character stats in the inventory screen with a spear equipped the value never changes. Seems as though it is not working as intended.
