[Suggestion] Save some chatbox history

It would be cool to save some chatbox history (or have some kind of out of character message board) for prospects.
If you had chat history you can type in the chat and other people who open the prospect see previous chat history when they log in. Doesn't have to be the whole log, just last 20 messages or so.
Ex: "I made a rifle and a shotgun and left it in the cupboard"
or "Sorry guys, lighting storm burned down the house but I built a new one in J10"
or "Had to move the beds because a bear attacked our hut, make sure to reset your spawn points!"
