[Suggestion] Add a Door to the Cement Building tree

I built a cement building in BW2 (I missed BW3, was on vacation), only to notice there was no cement door BP to unlock, ended up with a wood door. I'd settle for aluminum door being added to the cement building tech tree, but I didn't want to unlock the pre-reqs for it, when I was just focusing on cement tech.
