[Suggestion] Some Mission Proposals Part One
Proposal 1: A preparation type mission that takes place at the station itself, we get to space walk outside of the station in order to repair or install something we will need later on Icarus. Perhaps the antenna to improve ground radar capabilities or some such.
Proposal 2: A mission where we are meant to build a concrete base for a future Icarus team (R&D/Mining/Military Installation) with specific requirements (number of rooms, size of rooms, items stockpiled in storages for those teams to use when they get there, stairs and ramps and doors that make pathfinding easier *for the bonus*). As a bonus, would be cool if there was a way to see AI controlled NPCs entering, setting up their stuff and using the base we built in an after mission short video clip or in person in a future mission.
Proposal 3: A mission where our objective is to build a sturdy base and hunker down in preparation for waves of enemies or a boss type creature (or both) coming at us X amount of time after landing.

Futurelord MergedProposal 4: A mission/prospect where remnants of a previous attempt is obvious. We can rebuild from what they left behind or salvage it to make our own base and supplies in preparation for the mission.
Proposal 5: A mission where the building and usage of a helicopter is possible/needed, specific to that mission (unless helis are added to vehicles we can make at higher tiers/station). It can be just a means to reach specific destinations or to run supply drops, ferry npcs, combat airborne threats or to move exotics from an already existing mining operations.
Proposal 6: Chanced missions/opt-ins where a drop fails and the vehicle you dropped with (rover brought with you or drop pod) breaks apart and scatters across the map, you have to retrieve all the parts to reassemble and repair the rover (or lose it forever) or pod (to get back to the station). At the location of each part is a creature that got drawn to it out of curiosity, longer to get the parts, more dangerous the spawns. -

Mr.Chill MergedWhen your mission, which at first seemed like an easy task to complete and you or your team returns to your pods, the area is under electromagnetic interference after severe storms and the pod's cannot be activated. Or you land in a very bad spot that makes your pod's unable to activate again once landed.
With brief comms with the space station you get one or a few new marker's on your map where unkown earlier pod's have been left after a failed mission that to be used to get back to the station.
The new location(s) can be held on sites hard to travel to or unkown creatures roam and killed the failed team.
Mission objective suddenly become harsh. -
