[Bug] During storms, water is clear (not murky / cloudy)

When swimming underwater during a storm, the water is clear.
Normally the water is murky/cloudy, so you can't look too far.
However, during a storm you can clearly see from one end of the lake to the other, you can see all rocks, fishes, everything.
It's useful for sure, but shouldn't be happening ;-)

While I was searching for the underwater cave a weather event appeared and the underwater "fog" disappeared whixh gave me a clear vision like I was on the ground

During a storm, the haze underwater disappears and you can see the entire lake clearly.

I am currently at the N10 lake.

As soon as the storm ends, the haze returns.

This also effects the gamma level at night during storms. I cannot see past my torch light normally in the middle of the night but during a storm I can see well enough to move around without a torch. Once the storm ends, the world goes dark again.
