[Bug] Permanent Cave Debuff

After Loading in Post 10/9 Late night patch, I reloaded into the cave I last left off. After leaving said cave the cave debuff did not disappear. I attempted leaving to character select and returning, and the debuff persisted. Still there 1 hour later.

I logged in a cave to get the new patch when I came back I had been stripped of all armor and now suffer a permanent underground debuff. I have tried relogging to character select, desktop, and a complete computer reset. I tried to re-enter a cave to see if it would unlock after leaving but no dice. Also, as a secondary consequence, I am constantly getting the pneumonia debuff randomly in the outside ABOVEground world making any kind of exertion there futile and twice as long.
