[Suggestion] Bedrolls and Bed QOL suggestion

Bedrolls should not require shelter if they require a campfire, and beds should not require a campfire and instead require only shelter.

My bedroll was not able to be unlocked even at lvl 5 last night. I was in a group of 5 on the scanning mission and I was not able to select the bedroll talent I was left behind until I hit lvl 5 and even when I was the only one aka host I could not unlock it to sleep thru the night as my crew had left enough supplies for me to survive.
