[Suggestion] Storm damage to Wood Buildings too High
Maybe it's just me, but leaving a solid wooden structure while I'm off in another part of the world, only to come back to it being 25-50% destroyed, all my workbenches destroyed, sleeping bag gone, etc. is frustrating. Maybe that's the level of difficulty you want to set for the game, but it does reduce enjoyability to constantly need to repair and fix wooden structures in the early game. I understand thatch falling apart and blowing away in storms, but a wooden structure shouldn't decay nearly so fast in my opinion. Thanks.

AndreWood is no better than thatch at this point. Literally have to come running no matter where I am at, just to save the house from the light breeze that is called a storm. Also the last few seconds seems to be when ALL the damage from any storm happens. It's not like we can see the storm phasing out and we can leave. We have to painfully wait until the last second of the stupid storm and then leave. Building thatch is like building with air, and a solid log cabin is like building with straw. Stone seems to be on par with real life except the damage it takes from animals. For some reason wolves and bears crush rocks with their teeth and eat it for breakfast.
To me a log cabin should be pretty strong except that it can catch fire, and crush under a tree fall. -

StormfuryI almost feel that the level of HPs needs to be shifted by 1. Ie. current wood numbers should go with thatch, wood adjust to current stone, etc. On up the tree.
As it is now, there just really is no point in using thatch and to an extent wood structures. -

JamesI agree to some extent here... I feel that Wood could fairly be used as decoration to stone/concrete (wood roof to stone building) but in a storm, there is the concern it will get damaged.. I feel that there should be some wood damage during a storm, but only during the high winds and maybe major storms...
