[Suggestion] Metal armor

I’m kinda confused how this isn’t already a thing. We mine exotic metals but only make carbon and composite at higher tiers? There should be aluminum, iron, titanium, gold, copper etc. They all would need armor buffs per type of metal of course. Also metal armor could give debuffs to cold aka make metal make you colder while still offering a benefit like dramatically reduced bite damage. More conductive metals like copper could be prone to lightning but give the ability to be tracked via satellite or something along those lines.

If a medieval man could do this, I think we should be able to also. Different helmet and armor styles would be cool when you hold down R.

Metal armor is not used for hundreds of years because it's not practical.
And with new better synthetic materials it's obsolete to make armor out of metal.
Only titanium sheet is used for some stab protections. But since there is no stab attack from animals in the game this also is obsolete.
