[Suggestion] Add 2 more slots for armor; shoulders and waist

Extra armor slots add the ability to gain 5 piece set bonuses while still adding in one or 2 different pieces to gain stats.

-Shoulder and belt armor
-Best paired with an armor weight system. Ie light, med, heavy
-option to add backpacks or Fanny packs in slots if implemented
-option for capes. Ie fur capes to combat cold, add stealth, protection etc
