Vulkan API would be great for SteamDeck!

It would be amazing to have it on steam deck but I think there would definitely be fps issues.

Vulkan API is really perspective for my opinion. I see some project for last 2-3 year add compatibility with this API. It will be very good if it is not difficult to add this API to Icarus. Holder AMD GPU thank you first.
