[Suggestion] Lantern hooks
A wall hook, ceiling hook, pole with hook(like the floor torch) where you can hang your lantern.
Making multiple lanterns is expensive, but having somewhere to hang your lantern while you are there would be helpful.

Sage MergedPlacing a lantern on the ground provides excellent light, but the item decays very quickly. I'd love a lampstand that I can place in my house, or where I'm mining, to give stable light. Perhaps this could be fueled with a form of oil? Maybe animal fat, beeswax, or corn oil?

Rian-Lantern or Headlamp - Along with caves, some kind of personal light would be nice. Whether it be a craftable headlamp or even being able to hang your lantern off of your characters side, belt or equipment. Placing a torch/ lantern on the ground to mine gets old quick.

ixo MergedDouble the usefulness of handheld lamps/lanterns to be able to put them on ground (even existing deployable mechanics with putting it down then rotating as needed would be fantastic) and/or being able to craft simple iron hooks and hang the lamps from ceiling. It would be nice intermediate step from torches to electric lights.
NOTE: Base floor are quite finicky, I have stone foundation with exterior wood floor and when I try to drop lamp, it bounces and falls through textures. On ground it often bumps and falls into unusable position. -

Add a triangle with a Hook at one arm to mount on walls, ceilings.
It is strange, that there is no light source for your home between torches and electric lamps. -
