[Bug] Graphic issues - ground lines

Single-player, hosting, RTX 3080 all setting on epic
This time I have had a lot of issues where lines on the ground are showing. Almost like all the grides were pulled apart. See image. This was in the forest biome and desert almost everywhere.
Also had very low FPS during storms (12-25)
