[Bug] 2 Missions Failed

Once returned to the station, I received emails for each missions.
BEACHHEAD : finished at level 5 - Incomplete
LIVEWIRE : Finished 3 scans at level 8 - Incomplete
Weird thing, I took the screen of the mission report for LIVEWIRE (I had same info for BEACHHEAD). No name, level 0.
I have screenshots of each email saying mission INCOMPLETE; 0 reward.
I have screenshot of the character selection with both mission COMPLETED in the right corner, both greyed, cannot click to claim reward.
