[Suggestion] Picking up a deer lvl 1, has scrotum dangling by face instead of its head

Picking up/carrying deer lvl 10 carries it efficiently and has no nutzack next to your face.

This was kinda of a funny/joke of an idea. Thought it might make one or two ppl laugh. Honestly I thought about it because I picked up a deer and saw it's head flapping around, but at first I didn't see it's mouth. I thought it was it's fuzzy orange. I started laughing at the idea it was in the game. then it's head moved more and I saw it's mouth and realized it was just a head.
