[Suggestion] Black Lung Talent

I'd like to see an additional talent:

Call it 'Black Lung', 'Lives Under a Rock', or something similar and make it reduce the overall penalties from Pneumonia. Maybe in Survival: Resources or Harvesting with the +iron yield talent.
