[Bug] Crafted Items disappearing

Even in BW7, sometimes when crafting an item (typically a higher level item, in my case a platinum knife), the item will be crafted, the resources consumed, but the item will disappear. My inventory was not full, nor was my hotbar. The item was simply gone. This has happened a few times to me and my gaming group.

It's happened numerous times. I think it has something to do with the crafty fletcher talent. Because the only happens with "thrown weapons" knifes and axes. Crafting Will bug out and not produce an item after consuming resources. Has occured with iron and steel in the anvil.

This is NOT happening only with knives and axes; in a recent session, a crafted pickaxe vanished immediately upon consuming the resources to craft it. It DOES happen most often with knives; my play group has lost several steel, platinum, and one titanium knife to this bug. The only possible solution/cause we've found is the location of the resources and the destination location of the crafted item. It SEEMS to not happen if you move all resources to the crafting bench, and ENSURE the first slot is empty. When doing this, we have not had one vanish on us...yet. But if we DON'T follow this practice, every now and then a crafted item just....vanishes.
