[Suggestion] Allow monitor selection between multiple monitors within the display options

Please allow in the settings to switch screens. I'm getting tired of having the display settings change every time the game loads. When trying to select the options and the controls are so off of the buttons that I cannot select them and have to force-quit the game, rinse repeat. The ONLY way to get it to run on my system is to physically disconnect all other monitors before loading the game. Even then the buttons could not be selected as if their boxes were far far from the text. An absolute nightmare! Finally, here I am in-game and ready to go. This is the only game that has this issue, and I'm not really sure why. It only happened a few times in BETA, but only now did I actually have to disconnect my other monitors.

PC gamers tend to have multiple monitors and don't always play on their Main not being able to easily select which monitor to game on make me not what to play the game

Cannot select which monitor, my 4k "main" monitor has to use DisplayPort so shows up as monitor #2 on my video card even though I have set it as primary in windows, so game will load the cinematic on main screen but then moves to 2nd screen.

I have to make my big monitor my main monitor in windows settings to be able to play the game there. Please add option for switching monitors. Should be standard on any game.
