[Bug] Wall torches not staying lit indoors

  For me, I installed 6 inside wall torches and some of them turn off at random times, not immediately, even with full fuel and closed windows and clear weather outside

  Ditto, seems to be whenever any storm event happens even if the building is fully enclosed (although the only one in my porch which IS exposed by two open non-doored/curtained doorways stayed lit (!?).

  Its strange. Some of the torches turn off when a storm happens outside, some not. I had 5 torches installed and 3 of them turedn off every storm.

  This is still an issue, and a pretty major one for me in base building. I love the stone + wall torch aesthetic but it's incredibly frustrating to have them go out all the time.
  
  Some torches when placed on walls indoors will say "Sheltered" while others will not. There's seemingly no pattern to it.
