No money on completing mission second time

I don't know if this is purposeful or a glitch, but I re-did the first paid mission (the scanning one) with a lower level friend. I got paid for completing it the first time, but not the second. My friend doing it the first time did get paid. I think we should get paid for doing every mission again, especially since you can lose the workshop items you craft and may want multiples of the same item for characters in different prospects. Not getting anything from completing a mission a second time doesn't give me any incentive to play with my friends who aren't as far along.

With my wife we play since few days and we have absolutly nothing, no money for the workshop someone can help me please ( we play online )

Agriculture stockpile mission - last two players out did not get paid. Mission completed, pods left with inventory. Other players left in their pods and got paid. A couple days later, my mom and I left in our pods (missions still said complete on the left side) but we did not get paid. (not a big deal to me, I play a ton. But my MOM hardly plays and she should get her damn monies). Thanks! :)
