[Bug] Cannot finish INFLUX: Construction

I am having problems with INFLUX: Construction, I build the barracks as per quest instructed, but for some reason the oxidizer(I build both tier 2 and tier 3) and the bed rolls are not check marked.

Same. I skipped the first level oxidizer because it's worthless, and now you've forced me to waste a point on something I'll never use again.
