Character deleted after latest updated

  full stuffed character "abandonned" after last update, i'm asked to erase it ... 60 levels and no failure, last mission was completed, i was just about to craft radar for exotisms mining...
  Not the first time though... do we have to expect each ongoing mission's character to be deleted at the moment a new weekly update comes up?!
  This is now the week 12 update, and the problem already occured for a lot of people, why haven't you fixed it yet ffs ?!

  Hey! There's no information in this post that is useful to us to reproduce this crash to be able to fix it. Would you be able to give us extra details about the following things? Thanks!
  - PC hardware specs
  - Client or Host?
  - Old game you've rejoined or new game you just started?
  - Old character you've used before or brand new character?
  - What mission?
  - Playing with other people or solo? Offline, outpost or mission?
  - What exactly were you doing before you updated?
  - DX11/DX12?
  - Build Version number (top left corner)
  - Did it happen Once or is it Repeatable?
