[Bug] Cave hitboxes

The hitboxes and or geometry in caves is absolutely rediculous. Tiny inclines are impossible to walk up on, there are giant gaps of air between stalagmites that are impassible, and because my toes have gotten wet in the tiniest bit of water, my stamina is now so low i can't jump out of the shallowes sloped dent in the ground.
(had to resort to using unstuck)
