[Bug] Increased Bow movement speed not actually working

I have movement speed with bow talent points. but starting on 12/5, I was no longer getting bonus movement speed with a bow equipped. I've restarted the game and tried multiple prospects to test the stats. No changes in movement or sprinting speed numbers or visuals while playing

Hello,
The movementspeed of having 3mass damps equipped is currently 692.
The bow should give u 10% if u are holding it but it does not seem to increase mine since it should give u 727 but it stays on the same amount and I do not see a difference in speed too.

Same thing here. I have the movement with bows up to level 3 (+10% movement with a bow equipped). I load in, toss my two movement upgrades into my suit slots and my speed is 426. I equip a bow and... still 426. I've tried with crafted bows and workshop bows, but no matter what my speed isn't increasing. Tried on a few missions too, each one same issue. Did that change?

It looks like the bow movespeed bug happens when speed modules are equipped.
