[Suggestion] Add creature levels by looking through binoculars

The binoculars can maybe good.
Show the Level of the creature we look could be very interesting.
Because for now, the binoculars are pretty Useless.
Maybe a bit for mission desert researche of satelit, but in fact, on general they're Useless.
If we can see the Level of the ennemies through binoculars, they're gonna be more useful for everyone ! and more crafted
