[Suggestion] Add ability to delete unused outposts in game

I created an outpost to test it out but afterwards couldn't find any way to delete it in the game. I later found a workaround was to delete it from "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Icarus\Saved\Outposts" but that's not for the average user.

I agree. I've created outposts for testing. Thanks for the work-around though.

With all the changes to gold that have been made, I wanted to restart my outpost but I don't see an option to delete it so that I can use the same name.
