[Bug] Workshop Oxygen tank not returned at end of Mission

Took a mission carrying Workshop Suit, Knife, Axe, Pickaxe, Canteen and Oxygen Tank
Completed the mission with all of them still in my inventory.

Looked at the loadout back on the station and all are present except the Oxygen Tank

Knife, and Canteen were on Hotbar
Axe and Pickaxe were in general Inventory
Oxygen Tank was in Suit Slot

But I completed the previous mission with the Canteen in the Suit Slot and it was returned, so I assumed this was safe...

This happened to someone I play with. He thought it was because he was not putting things in the 5 inventory slots in the dropship when leaving. I put all five of my workshop items (axe, spear, canteen, o2 tank and dampener module in the return slots, and STILL lost my oxygen tank.

So my buddy actually lost his tank twice, and twice printed a new one. Upon completing a mission, returning with third printed tank, all 3 were back in his inventory. Mine is still MIA

My oxygen tank disappeared after returning to station, I bought a new one from the workshop, dropped into a new prospect, oxygen tank wasn't with me and when I returned to station it wasn't in my loadout screen either.

I just lost my oxygen tank too :(
After completing "Waterfall: Expedition" last night, i started a new Dry Run expedition today and noticed my oxygen tank is no longer.

I have a mail in my mailbox that states "Items Returned" "Item Recovered" it is however blank, and there's no way to delete it.

I just had my oxygen tank not returned at the end of Bio-Survey. Frankly I shouldn't have taken it with me, still it should have been returned.
