[Suggestion] Injuries need to be more problematic
I fell off a ledge and broke my legs, you wait 10 minutes and you're perfectly healed, what?
Make broken legs only start healing after using a splint. (and prevent jumping, duh.)
Make the wounds caused by animals cause bleeding damage and lower the initial hit damage so you can fight melee and treat your wounds after (melee is pointless now)
Pneumonia should have to be treated warmth and lots of water or with antibiotics.
Head injuries should cause episodes of loss of vision or blurriness.
ect ect.
Rather then all the focus being on how much health you have and how much damage you take the injuries sustained should be what concerns you.

Snoochy42I think the Debuff Bears inflict on you could be a sizable bleed, like 1-3 damage a second, while the lesser one is just 1 per second. none of which should presist through death.

Cipher 8I think the timers should be adjusted at the bare minimum.
There needs to be more reason to unlock and use the medicine options (*and less of a reason to just eat cooked meat to heal through it.) -

LianailAdditionally there needs to be some re-balancing of duration - a tiny scratch is a permanent affliction while a broken leg heals in minutes (or hours of Icarus time)

EveAgreed that most of the time medical treatment is usually unnecessary for the time things take to just go away.
Double or triple the healing times which will make the use/carry of medicinal items more prevailent. Will work well with the survival element.
Infact expand the whole medical system. -

Titled FishI like it. Much more creative than the usual health/stam penalties that all games have. Would definitely be inline with how the devs approach this game.
