[Suggestion] Allow snapping of building items onto the Half pieces

I have no idea what these are used for if you cannot build a half floor and then snap to it, to build nice looking buildings. Say you want a 2nd story to step out half a block away from the bottom floor, you can't, as the walls will not snap to it. Roofs will not snap to it either. Total pain.
Please fix this so you can snap to either side of the half floor pieces!

Agreed. Is this supposed to be a retaining wall? Or some other useless piece? Why in the world would you put a piece in that you can not attach to? Such a frustrating building system.

When you try snapping floor tiles to a half wall so you can go up 1 and a half levels it stupid when you see it go to the full wall height, leaves a gap between the half wall and floor tile.
