[Bug] Metal Miner Talent/Perk is broken

I have 3/3 on the "Metal Miner" talent in the resources tab. With a steel pick, I get 40 iron ore on one node. My friend who has no points on the metal miner talent gets 45 ore per node. Meaning I get 20% less iron ore with the perk that's meant to give 20% more iron ore.

It really should be all metals. If you’re committing points to be a resource gatherer it should have an impact.
