[Bug] Workshop O2 tank disappeared when leaving prospect

O2 tank was placed in dropship. Upon arrival to the station, O2 tank is not in my inventory. Happened to a friend leaving the same prospect as well.

I've got an email titled "Items Returned" but it's empty.

Above 90 % on joined sessions
Over 3 days, he has lost 3 Workshop O2 Tanks. (note, not after every mission, but a high chance that the item is lost and not recovered in the "item recovery emails")
When he does get the emails, the item recovery emails are empty and not able to delete or collect (see image)
Maintains a lot of validations of game files (done this after every time he loses an item at minimum)

Some of this emails are from other items also lost. 1 day he lost all 10 items he took down to Icarus after a load in to session bug.

I have lost both workshop o2 tank and water tank
both were same time on character reload.
feels harsh.

I think this is fixed after 2,5 years.
