I would like to request a tier 3 gold pan to extract gold ores from streams

Lister MergedTier 4 everything needing several hundred gold and literally 4 nodes per map. We need some other way to acquire gold. The bottleneck is just horrendous and makes endgame such a chore.
Maybe add an ability to pan for gold in rivers. -

Zach KYass, omg. Even if just in specific biomes, this could be an amazing system if it's added.

RobottoAn original idea that is clever and amazing, but it doesn't fix the underlying issue of overpriced/too many electronics required.

Kevin F MergedWith gold being such a massive problem late game I thought I'd be fun to add an alternative method to gaining gold early on or when cave resources are exhausted. Think about it.

Leonidas MergedIf finding golds in caves might be hard to build electronics, why not adding the ability to sieve the minerals in rivers to find nuggets of gold ?
And since you have many ways of sieving gold from the very basic gold pan to more advanced automated machines it could add new options in the tech tree. (You could watch the game Gold-rush for more ideas on what could be implemented)
it would go from the absolutely not automated, to semi-automated (still need human actions to perfom certain actions and maintenance work) to completely automated machines powered by generators.
You could also add the fact that panning too much in the same area would lower the chances to find nuggets of ore, forcing the player to move the machinery elsewhere. -
