[Bug] Headstone: Geo-Survey - no crate, cannot 'remove all surveys' to cancel contract

Crate Beta (I believe) does not spawn, nor show a pin on the map. I was able to find where it should be, see the golden, ghosted scanner spot, but no crate is present.

More importantly, I cannot 'remove all surveys' to get out of this drop, so I am stuck in an impossible mission.

Same issue. No drop to complete 3rd survey. Seems random on which though. For me the north one didn't appear.

I was able to leave the planet then return and repeat the mission until completed.
