[Bug] Weigh less talent does not work

I got the talent for Concrete Buildables to weigh xx% less. This talent does not work. The concrete buildables still weigh the same as before getting the talent.

is there some way the bugs can be separated to another area, people tend not to add the tag [BUG] in allot of cases, plus we don't seem to be seeing as much feedback on the legit things, like them being tagged as known issue or in progress etc. would massively put allot of peoples mind at ease if they saw there was some feedback. I can confirm this, went up to lvl 3 of "concrete hauling" and everything weighs the same...
