[Bug] Predators hitting out of sync / incorrectly / after death

wolf charges, i shoot and kill with arrow. wolf dies, i still take damage. bear charges, strafe/jump out of the way. bear runs pass me and swipes at the air. still take damage. boars haven't noticed the issue. one or two wolfs i can handle this, even manage to deal with a bear 8 outa 10 times. but the fact the bear travels with wolfs and all predators in a radius (it seems) come running to the aid of the predator you're fighting, makes it impossible out side of safe zones.

i jumped over a bear just now, the bear is at least 2 metres away from me and facing the wrong direction. swipes and hits me and gives me heavy bleed. i then killed the bear and it "attacked" me while it was falling down to the ground dead and then i died losing over 150k xp because solo penalty.
