[Bug] Exotic O2 Flask Tank Lost

After finisching the mission i had the O2 in the O2 Slot on the gear like my modules and Canteen but only the O2 Tank was lost after the mission

Exactly same thing happened to me. O2 tank disappeared, it was placed in dropship cargo for the ascent.

Upon further reflection. My and my friends O2 tanks might have been switched in Oxide dissolver. Got the e-mail that said items recovered, but both of us lost the O2 tanks.
