[Bug] Accolades are wrong on my character

Lots of the accolade are wrong. It says I finished missions/killed bosses/did thing I didn't do.
For example I never went into the artic but it says I scanned the Artic and a glacier. It says I fired 10000 bullets, I don't even have the level to make the guns. I certainly didn't gathered 1000 prime meat when I killed around 6 bear ( so I shouldn't have the killed 10 bear accolade either).

I did killed some cougar but it says I killed 0.

I remember around launch I was playing and I received like a bunch for no reason of those at some point. Even some dates are bogus like Jan 1, 1

never killed the sand boss, have the medal. killed 5000 wolves, well just skip the three ribbons in between. at lest five on a quick look are wrong......

Lots of the ribbons are broken. Lumberjack V is fell 5000 trees well it says ive felled 192 but I have lumberjack I - IV and I KNOW I've felled well over 1000 trees.

Same issue here, lots of things I have accolades etc for, which I have never done, and lots of them are dated before Release 1.0 was even public!
