[Bug] Picksmith I & II perks do not work on Platinum & Titanium pickaxe crafting

With both perks (50% reduction), the cost for platinum and titanium don't work. You pay full price for crafting them. I'm suspecting the perk is checked on the anvil only (where Iron & Steel) Axes are crafted for half price. The platinum axe is made at the machining bench and the titanium is made in the fabricator.

Many of the cost reduction perks seem to either not work or only work on some items. Relating to only my own experience, The knife cost reduction perk only works on stone, bone, and iron, and though I haven't tried past iron yet for Spear, the spear crafting cost reduction only worked on wood and bone.
