[Bug] Wolves hitting me and either wounding or killing me after they are dead

Description as title, will be killing wolves and they somehow hit me after they are dead, has killed me on multiple occasions and is ridiculous.

Oh, awesome, and then respawn falling through floor, crash to desktop, and on reloading "your bed is not sheltered" respawn naked and unequipped at random dropship.... After losing an extractor half full of exotics that despawned on loading in today. These bugs are insane!!!
