[Bug] No Exotic Vein in Avalanche Expedition

Have crafted up to radar twice in Avalanche mission and run scans with it all over the map. No Exotic Veins to be seen. :( SO SO SO SO SO MANY HOURS spent for naught here. Is there some rule about what maps spawn these veins I don't know about? A bit discouraged about ever going to t4 again at this point as the lack of veins to be found is crushing for the time spent trying to craft up to finding them.

Please consider moving the radar to a lower tier so that the player can confirm whether there are veins on a map before making the decision to commit to building up to the t4 suite to make the drill to go collect it.

Group of 6 playing and after grinding to T4 we find out that not only is the crate bugged but we also have not found an exotic vein despite scanning multiple sectors. There should be some reward given for this mission since the failure is not ours.

Had the same issue on High Wire: Exploration, no vein to be found. When using the radar, nothing gets added to the map. If it didn't cost so much to produce the radar, I would be less mad. But thats wild that there is only a chance that a vein is present. Should be one added to every mission

This is still the case as i scanned it today. Also other missions with no Exotic veins: Death Ray: Scan / Seven Pillars: Scan. Have done a few missions where there was a result from the radar just so far these 3 have no hits.
I like the prospecting side and scanning for veins and take my time, enjoy the journey (grind :)) rather than use online maps just to farm. But its been confirmed on Discord from one of your Devs that their should be at least one vein in every mission once unlocked. To spend that amount of time to tech up to the radar only to find no result is heartbreaking, off putting and am now struggling to motivate myself to try another. Makes me not want to play. We are here to prospect after all.
