[Bug] Advanced order: stockpile polar bears not spawning

I have attempted this mission 3 times now, the first me and my buddy spent 6 hours and got everything else together but then when we went looking for polar bears we could not even find 1 let alone enough for 150 pelts

No polar bears spawning for me either on this mission, have everything except the polar bear pelts and there is not a polar bear in sight.

I had success finding 2 polar bears clear down in L14, try there.

can confirm all the polar bears you need for the mission are down in L14, gl making the journey. luckily you can hang out in the mouth of the forest and arctic so it makes it easy. other than the trek.

Had this happen - (in a co-op session) searched the whole central snow region (only wolves there) and then the L14 snow area which did not have any creatures at all.

The next day, hosted the prospect and ran straight to L14 by myself and waited around for a few mins, and eventually the polar bears started spawning in. Had to then fight 5-6 on the way back out of that part of the map (as needed more food and bullets)..

Suspecting that there is a delay in spawning them in and/or had hit a creature limit the first time around,
