[Bug] Cannot use tool/weapon randomly

  YESS THIS!!! its a big problem for me I posted a similar suggestion a few days ago, it appears that the mouse clicks arent registering properly unless you look away then try again. this makes the game difficult to play if you are being chased by a bear, wolf, or even a fucking fish, and cant kill it without multiple attempts to get the bow to draw or knife to slash, etc. I feel like i am going to break my mouse im clicking so hard! lol But hey, at least this has afforded me the opportunity to make up a few new swear words.....
  with as many issues as this game has, its just not working for me.

  Glad I'm not alone. The rage is real. Out of curiosity are you hosting with a group? I'm hosting and none of my friends have the issue. I wonder if that could contribute to the issue.

  My partner and I have this issue randomly (at the worse time) when attacking/trying to attack cave worms. One it screwed badly us by not letting her shoot while we were in the snow attempting to take down a polar bear (she was hosting). Usually, if this happens to me, I have to switch weapons/tools and switch back. *Usually* this works immediately after. Sometimes, I have to move around for a bit, crouch, sprint and then I can attack again.

  I've had this issue a few times intermittently different objects. I've noticed on two occasions that the tool / weapon was being held left handed instead of the usual right handed. Other times the tool was not visible, even though it shown as selected. I had to equip a different object, then re-equip to get it to work. One time it was my fire whacker, allowing my entire house to burn with all my workbenches.

  When you look a bear in the face, because its now right in front of you, and you click that left mouse button to fire and nothing happens. The amount of times this has happened is countless and at some point I thought my mouse was broken. This is even more frustrating then the countless amount of stuttering the game does when walking around the map (I upvoted that one as well).

  Edit on my 28 Nov post.
  So I figured out that the "mis-clicking" is a result of playing in windowed or border-less window mode. More so if you have triple screen or dual screens the mouse tends to wander off the playing window and that is why clicking is not being registered. So for now I have switched to playing in full screen mode and I am not getting this problem anymore. I would suggest adding a feature: Lock mouse cursor to game window.

  This issue is really annoying. Many times I have to leave a fight, or use spikes to kill animals just to finish a mission. I had a fight with a polar bear that took over 20 minutes. I play solo so it is extra infuriating. I thought the issue was that i mainly use a controller.
