[Suggestion] Radar should not indicate vein that has been fully mined

Normally, a minable vein on the ground will glow blue. After you have fully extracted the exotics, it stops glowing, but is still indicated by the radar if it is the closest vein.

Please have the radar ignore exotic veins once they have been fully extracted. That is, the extractor does nothing even if it has biofuel.

This would save us a considerable amount of travelling through the zones, trying to figure out if there is another node by getting far enough from the empty one.
