[Bug] Cross bow fletching

Rotate the crossbow fletching so that one of the three is facing directly down (not up) as to not interfere with aiming. As it is currently, the fletching overlaps / can be easily confused for part of the aiming sight. This is corrected if the arrow is rotated 180 degrees so that the fletching follows down the groove of the crossbow.

So glad I'm not using a crossbow. That looks terrible.
